Key Responsibilities:

- Curriculum Development:

- Design, implement, and continuously improve a developmentally appropriate curriculum that fosters holistic growth including cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Integrate creative and innovative teaching methodologies to engage young learners and stimulate their curiosity.
- Teacher Support and Development:

- Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for pre-primary teachers, fostering their growth as educators and caregivers.
- Conduct regular observations and provide constructive feedback to enhance teaching practices and classroom management techniques.
- Child-Centered Learning Environment:

- Create a warm, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that promotes exploration, creativity, and independence.
- Ensure the physical and emotional safety of all children, implementing appropriate health and safety protocols.
- Parent Communication and Partnership:

- Cultivate positive and collaborative relationships with parents/guardians through regular communication, parent meetings, and workshops.
- Collaborate with parents to understand each child's individual needs, strengths, and areas for development, fostering a strong home-school partnership.
- Program Administration:

- Manage administrative tasks related to the pre-primary program, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Maintain accurate records of student enrollment, attendance, and progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

- Stay abreast of current research, trends, and best practices in early childhood education, incorporating new ideas and methodologies into the program.
- Foster a culture of reflection and continuous improvement among staff, encouraging innovation and creativity in teaching and learning.

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
