**Mobile App Scrum Master**
**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the agile development process for the creation of a mobile app in the Lottery industry, including facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with the product owner and development team to ensure the mobile app is delivered on time and to a high standard of quality.
- Identify and remove impediments that may hinder the team's progress.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Work with external stakeholders to ensure the mobile app meets their needs and expectations.
- Monitor and report on team progress and metrics to ensure timely delivery of the mobile app.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:

- Excellent writing and oral communication in English.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or related roles in a software development environment.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification or similar certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Experience working on front end development projects, preferably in the Lottery industry.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with Agile Project tools such as Jira and Clarity.
- Knowledge of software development tools and technologies, such as Git and continuous integration/delivery pipelines.
