**Job Title: Scrum Master**

**Location: Hyderabad - Work from Office**

**Working Hours: 12.00pm to 9.00pm**

**Responsibilities**

As a Scrum Master, you are responsible for facilitating Scrum teams and are accountable for removing impediments of the team to achieve the sprint goals/deliverables. You are responsible to ensure that the Scrum process is used as intended. A key part of your role is to protect the development team, allow the teams to be self-manage, foster collaboration across teams and keep them focused on the tasks at hand.
- Lead the Scrum Team using Agile Methodology and Scrum Practices.
- Help the product manager and development team reach customer satisfaction.
- Directs the scrum and development teams in self-organization.
- Clear obstacles and coach the scrum team to eliminate them.
- Facilitate internal communication and efficient collaboration.
- Resolution of conflicts and issues that arise.
- Assist the scrum team in achieving better levels of maturity.
- Ability to carry out continuous planning and continuous improvement.
- Support product owner and coach as needed to build healthy backlog and define user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Experience with scheduling and monitoring releases.
- Experience in working with Agile Scrum Tools such as Jira, Version One, CA RALLY etc
- Experience in MVP, MBI and OKR relationships.
- Familiarity with scrum metrics and take corrective action if necessary.
- KPI and experience using it.

**Qualifications**
- At least 04 years of experience as a Scrum Master and more than 08 years of total experience in any SDLC role.
- Scrum Master certification is essential.
- Ability to analyze, reflect quickly and resolve conflicts.
- Knowledge of skills to address gaps in the scrum.
- Ability to determine what constitutes a scrum/Kanban and what does not.
- Experience with successful Agile technologies
- Ability to work in multiple geographical disbursement teams.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentorship skills.
- Ability to adapt to an evolving environment.
- Self-motivated and able to stay focused amidst a distraction.
- B. Tech, BE or equivalent degree
