Position: Regional Sales Manager

Experience : Min 3 Years

CTC:

- upto 8 lpa (Depend on the interview)

Location: Sonipat

Working Days:

- 6 days (9am to 6pm)

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy & Planning**:Strategizing deployment of ASM Converting higher level customers by visiting. Ensuring smooth flow of info, timely payments and commitments are met
- **Sales Team Management**: Recruit, train, coach, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. Set individual and team sales targets and KPIs. Conduct performance reviews and provide on-going feedback.
- **Sales Performance**: Drive sales performance to achieve or exceed regional sales targets. Monitor sales progress, analyse sales data, and identify areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions as needed.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats. Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.
- **Sales Process Optimization**: Implement and enforce sales processes and best practices. Identify opportunities to streamline sales operations and improve efficiency.
- **Sales Reporting & Forecasting**: Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and presentations. Provide regular updates to senior management on regional sales performance.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and achieve company goals.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 per year
