Showroom Supervisor

**Showroom Management**
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the showroom, ensuring it is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing.
- Coordinate with the merchandising team to ensure product displays are attractive, updated, and aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Manage showroom resources, including inventory of samples, display materials, and store supplies.

**Product Knowledge**
- In-depth knowledge of têxtile products, fabrics, and industry trends to assist the Design and Merchandising team effectively.

**Collaboration with Design Team**
- Work closely with the design team to plan and execute seasonal displays that reflect the latest trends and product offerings
- Assist with the physical setup of displays, ensuring alignment with the Buyer's design standards.

**Inventory and Stock Management**
- Monitor inventory levels for displays and coordinate with the factory for timely deliveries.
- Conduct regular checks and update records to prevent incorrect data and ensure accurate inventory records.

**Compliance and Safety**
- Ensure that all showroom activities comply with health, safety, and company policies.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in têxtiles or home furnishings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,436.79 - ₹40,957.31 per month
