- Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Provide technical advice and solutions to clients based on their requirements.
- Offer troubleshooting and support for technical issues post-sale.
- Stay updated on the latest product developments and industry trends to offer informed solutions.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals and quotes based on customer needs.
- Customize product offerings to meet the client’s specific project requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure accurate specifications and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, logistics) to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and oversee the progress of projects to ensure they meet deadlines and specifications.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
- Conduct regular assessments of customer needs and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Gather feedback from customers to improve product offerings and services.
- Offer training and demonstrations for customers on product usage and benefits.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of electrical products, systems, and services.
- Keep up with industry standards, new technologies, and product innovations.
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, engineering, procurement) to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
