As a Presales Executive you would be responsible for calling the leads generated by the company.

**Roles and Responsibilities include**:

- Dailing leads.
- Arranging site visits.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Explaining clients regarding the area and the developments happening in and around the area.
- Work in collaboration with sales and marketing team to build a strong pipeline.
- Take feedback from clients to understand the customer experience.

**Skills sets required**:
** **Strong phone presence and pleasing voice.
- Should have Confidence while communicating and should have the right approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Google Docs.
- Basic communication in English, Hindi and Kannada.
