Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and filing of income tax returns for individuals and businesses
- Review tax documents and financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Respond to inquiries from clients and tax professionals regarding tax-related issues
- Perform data entry and maintain financial records using accounting software
- Calculate taxes owed, prepare tax estimates, and ensure timely payment of taxes
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate updates to team members and clients as needed
- Attend training sessions and keep up-to-date on changes to tax laws and regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and follow established security procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including familiarity with tax software and electronic filing procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate data entry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
