Job Title: Income Tax and Audit Executive

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Income Tax Compliance:

- Prepare and file income tax returns accurately and in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on changes in income tax laws and regulations.
- Assist in tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
- Audit Management:

- Conduct internal audits to assess financial controls and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors during the audit process.
- Analyze financial data and reports to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- GST Management:

- Ensure compliance with GST regulations and requirements.
- Prepare and file GST returns within the specified deadlines.
- Address GST-related queries and issues from internal stakeholders and external authorities.
- Financial Analysis:

- Analyze financial statements and reports to identify trends and variances.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and efficiency.
- Documentation and Record-keeping:

- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and documented for audit purposes.
- Communication and Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and resolve issues.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including management and department heads.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in income tax, audit, or related financial roles.
- Knowledge: Proficiency in income tax laws, audit procedures, and GST regulations.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Certification: Any relevant certifications in accounting or taxation would be an advantage.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:
