Electronics Technician

**Position Overview**:

You will work closely with our engineers and researchers to ensure the successful implementation of our safety technology solutions. **Responsibilities**:
**1. Electronics Design and Development**:

- Collaborate with engineers to design and develop electronic systems, circuit boards, and components for IoT and AI devices.
- Assist in schematic capture, PCB layout, and prototyping.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure functionality and reliability of electronic systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in electronic design.

**2. Assembly and Testing**:

- Assemble electronic components and systems according to design specifications and assembly instructions.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of assembled products to ensure proper functionality and performance.
- Identify and resolve any assembly or testing issues or defects.
- Follow quality control processes to maintain high product standards.

**3. Hardware Integration and Testing**:

- Integrate electronic systems and components into our safety technology devices.

Conduct thorough testing and validation of hardware systems to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the software development team to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.

**4. Maintenance and Repair**:

- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on electronic systems and devices.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to electronic components and systems.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures to maximize system performance and longevity.

**5. Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of design modifications, test results, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Generate technical documentation, including schematics, assembly instructions, and user manuals.
- Provide regular status updates on project progress and report any issues or challenges to the engineering team.

**Requirements**:
**1. Education and Experience**:

- ITI/Deploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1+ years) working as an Electronic Technician or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with electronics design, prototyping, and testing.

**2. Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in electronic circuit design, schematic capture, and PCB layout.
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in electronic testing and measurement.
- Experience with troubleshooting and repair of electronic systems and components.
- Knowledge of programming languages (C/C++, Python) is a plus.

**3. Knowledge and Abilities**:

- Solid understanding of electronic components, circuitry, and systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

**4. Adaptability and Passion**:
