**Key Responsibilities**:
**Prepare Quotations & Bills**
- Generate accurate quotations and invoices based on customer orders.
- Coordinate with the sales or product team for pricing and product details
- Respond to customers promptly and professionally.

**Website Content Management**
- Update and upload product photos and details on the company website.
- Coordinate with the design team if needed for photo edits or descriptions.

**Customer Interaction**
- Assist walk-in or online customers with product queries, pricing, and order status.
- Maintain a polite and helpful attitude at all times.

**Occasional Packaging Assistance**
- Help in product packaging when required, ensuring items are packed safely and correctly.

**Requirements**:

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Internet browsing)
- Familiarity with online business platforms (Justdial, IndiaMART) is a plus
- Good communication skills - spoken and written
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Team player with a flexible and positive attitude

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
