**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Production Planning & Scheduling Assistant** to support the Production Head in coordinating, planning, and monitoring daily production activities. This role will be responsible for preparing production schedules, managing employee shift allocations, assisting with dispatch planning, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day manufacturing operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Production Head in creating and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet delivery deadlines.
- Coordinate with inventory, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure material availability for planned production.
- Plan and manage employee shift schedules to optimize labor resources and ensure adequate coverage across all shifts.
- Track production output and update management on any delays or deviations from the plan.
- Assist in organizing and overseeing dispatch schedules and timely movement of finished goods.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, shift allocations, and downtime incidents.
- Communicate with various departments (quality, maintenance, stores, logistics) to resolve production-related issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in production planning and resource management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Operations, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production planning environment (preferred).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and production planning software/tools (ERP/MRP knowledge is a plus).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

**Work Conditions**:

- Full-time position.
- On-site work required; may involve working across different shifts if needed.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
