Job Title: Tele-Caller (Female) (Real Estate)

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Employment Type: Full-Time

**Salary**: 15K-18K plus Incetives extra

Lead Generation & Outreach:
Call potential buyers and sellers to promote real estate projects and services.

Generate leads and maintain a database of prospective clients.

Client Engagement:
Provide clients with property details and clarify any questions regarding prices, location, amenities, etc.

Build strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.

Appointment Scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule site visits or meetings between clients and the sales team.

Market Awareness:
Stay updated on current real estate projects, trends, and pricing to provide accurate information.

Documentation Support:
Assist clients with required documents and processes to close deals effectively.

Sales Support:
Actively convert inquiries into successful property sales or rentals.

Key Skills Required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Persuasive and confident tone with an ability to handle objections.

Fluency in English, Hindi, Marathi.

Basic knowledge of CRM software or tele-calling tools.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or real estate is an advantage.

A positive attitude and eagerness to meet targets.
