**Job Title**: Solar Designer

**Location**: Gurgaon, Haryana

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design solar PV systems using software tools like **AutoCAD**, **PVsyst**, **Helioscope**, and **SketchUp**.
- Develop system layouts, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and wiring schematics.
- Conduct site analysis using Google Earth, survey reports, or site visits.
- Perform system sizing, shading analysis, and energy yield simulations.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), technical documentation, and drawings for permitting and construction.
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure design accuracy and alignment with customer needs.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and utility regulations.
- Provide technical support during installation and commissioning phases if required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field (Diploma holders with strong experience may also apply).
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in solar PV design (preferably in rooftop or industrial segments).
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **PVsyst**, and other solar design tools.
- Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, electrical design, and local/state compliance norms.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with hybrid systems (solar + battery backup).
- Familiarity with Haryana/Delhi solar policy and net metering procedures.
- Certification from NISE or other solar training institutes is a plus.
