- **Process Coordinator**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skills, and experience needed.
- Create and update detailed job descriptions.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.

- Administer technical tests or psychometric evaluations if required.
- Ensure the selection process is unbiased and inclusive.

**6. Offer Management**
- Prepare and extend formal job offers.

**7. Stakeholder Communication**
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR on recruitment progress.

**8. Recruitment Marketing**
- Promote the company’s brand to attract top talent through career fairs, social media, and networking events.

**9. Compliance and Reporting**
- Ensure hiring practices comply with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of the recruitment process and generate reports for analysis.

**10. Onboarding Support**
- Facilitate the transition of new hires by coordinating with HR and managers for onboarding processes.

**Skills Required for Recruiters**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
- Ability to assess soft skills and technical qualifications effectively.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 per month
