As a Video Editor at [Nwebkart], you will play a crucial role in producing visually compelling and engaging video content. You will work closely with our creative team to edit and assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches the company’s vision and meets the highest standards of quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Edit Raw Footage**: Trim, cut, and splice video footage to create cohesive and compelling stories.
- **Add Special Effects and Graphics**: Incorporate motion graphics, special effects, and other visual elements to enhance the final product.
- **Sound Editing**: Edit and mix audio tracks, including music, voiceovers, and sound effects, to ensure clear and high-quality sound.
- **Color Correction and Grading**: Adjust color and lighting to achieve the desired look and feel.
- **Collaborate with Team**: Work closely with producers, directors, and other team members to understand project goals and deliver on creative vision.
- **Review and Revise**: Implement feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to meet project requirements.
- **File Management**: Organize and manage digital assets, ensuring all project files are properly stored and archived.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with the latest video editing software, techniques, and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience**: Minimum of [X] years of professional video editing experience.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and other relevant tools.
- **Creative Skills**: Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual aesthetics.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Time Management**: Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with 3D animation and motion graphics.
- Knowledge of color theory and sound design.
- Familiarity with different video formats and codecs.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of editing styles and techniques.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
