**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing designs for digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design requirements and project objectives.
- Develop and present design concepts, mockups, and prototypes to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design assets and marketing materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software to enhance creative skills and knowledge.
- Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to team members when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) coreldraw.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
- Knowledge of current design trends, techniques, and best practices.
- Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹125,893.61 - ₹400,000.00 per year
