Graphic Designer

A graphic designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs that communicate messages effectively. They combine art and technology to produce a wide range of materials, including advertisements, brochures, websites, product packaging, logos, and more. Graphic designers collaborate with clients, marketing teams, and other professionals to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality designs that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Design Creation: Develop innovative and visually appealing designs using various design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) mainly corealdraw. This involves creating layouts, selecting colors, fonts, images, and other visual elements to effectively convey the desired message.

Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand design briefs, project objectives, and target audiences. Conduct research to gain insights into industry trends, competitors, and target market preferences to inform design decisions.

Concept Development: Generate design concepts and present them to clients or stakeholders for feedback and approval. Iterate designs based on feedback, ensuring the final design aligns with the client's brand guidelines, objectives, and target audience.

Branding and Identity: Develop and maintain consistent visual branding elements, such as logos, color palettes, and typography, to ensure a unified and recognizable brand image across various platforms and materials.

Print and Digital Production: Prepare designs for both print and digital formats, ensuring they meet technical specifications and industry standards. Coordinate with print vendors, web developers, or other professionals as necessary to ensure accurate and high-quality final output.

Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members. Keep track of project progress, file organization, and version control to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

Industry Awareness: Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices. Continuously expand knowledge and skills through self-learning, attending workshops, or engaging in professional development activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in design software, such as corealdraw, ps, illustrator, etc.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Creativity and an eye for detail, with the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation for various mediums.
- Minimum Experience of atleast 5 years

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
