**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Identification & Analysis**: Monitor and identify suitable tender opportunities in the **oil & Grease sector** from government and private organizations.
- **Bid Preparation & Submission**: Prepare and submit high-quality tender proposals, including technical and financial documents, in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- **Vendor & Client Coordination**: Collaborate with suppliers, internal departments, and clients to gather required documentation and information for tender submissions.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure adherence to legal, commercial, and financial requirements outlined in tenders.
- **Contract Negotiation**: Support contract discussions with clients and vendors, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- **Risk Assessment**: Evaluate the feasibility, risks, and profitability of tenders before submission.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain tender records, track bid statuses, and prepare reports for management review.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
