**Job Overview**

The Trainer is responsible for creating and delivering training programs to support employee development and organizational goals. They assess training needs, design effective training materials, and conduct training sessions to improve knowledge and skills.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Conduct training sessions for LTRP
- Conduct training sessions for RSP
- Conduct training session for RSAP
- Instruct participants on safe two-wheeler riding techniques, road safety rules, and regulations.
- Use simulators and practical training to enhance participants' riding skills.
- Monitor and evaluate participants' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure maintenance of all the infrastructure e.g. Bikes
- Ensure the safety of participants during training sessions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest road safety practices and regulations.
- Collaborate with the Center Coordinator to plan and schedule training sessions.
- Maintain training equipment and report any issues.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.

**Core Skills & Competencies**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, mechanical,polythenic).
- Proven experience as a trainer or in a related role, depending on the complexity and requirements of the training programs.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and training methodologies.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Adaptability and the ability to tailor training approaches to various learning styles.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using training and multimedia tools, as well as Learning Management Systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of participants.
- Certifications in training and development, such as CPTD (Certified Professional in Training and Development) or equivalent, can be advantageous.

- 6 AM - 6 PM

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
