- **Roles & Responsibilities**_**:

- Plan and execute marketing activities, and generate sales leads
- Visit colleges for tie-ups. Map out potential sources of student admissions.
- Manage BTL activities locally
- Reach monthly sales targets by building and maintaining strong relationship with agents,
Anganwadi workers, Asha workers, school and institutions
- Build agents network at local level and do regular follow ups with them
- Achieve the designated targets.
- Generate database from Schools and other sources.
- Meeting with Principals, Coordinators and management Personnel of schools for Business
generation.
- Execute various marketing activities within assigned region.
- Conducting Seminars in schools, open seminars in town, Residential Apartments (Townships).
- Converting leads into Walk In.
- Interaction with students and parents on routine basis.
- Liaison with influencers to student for admission like local tuition teachers ,Aangan Wadi ,Aasha,or
others to add business
- 1+ years' relevant experience. Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Experience in consultative Sales profile.
- Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills. Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Interpersonal skills to communicate with various types of client groups.
- Should have experience in Educational / Insurance / Pharma / Training / Timesharing.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Should be Comfortable in Travelling & Own Personal Transport(Bike Is preferred)
- Should be able to work on MS office.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
