**Designation: Investment Associate-Finance**

**About the Role**:
Ogni Capital Partners is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills for our Investment Banking team.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Analyzing current and past financial data.
- Looking at current financial performance and identifying trends.
- Consulting with the management team to develop long-term commercial plans.
- Developing financial models and providing financial forecasts.
- Developing initiatives and policies that may improve financial growth.
- Responsible for execution and management of research data for multiple business lines.
- Support investment leadership in securing debt arrangements, negotiating purchase agreements, employment agreements and incentive compensation for management teams.
- Work closely with portfolio companies in India to implement our value creation plan.
- Documented business requirements, functional requirements, and business process models for better understanding of the business processes.
- Quantitative and qualitative analysis on prospective direct equity investments.
- Assist in preparing Investment Committee papers for and attend Investment Committee meetings on a regular basis.
- Take the lead in transaction due diligence work-streams, including financial, commercial, legal, tax, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Post-Graduation in Finance or Accounting or CFA, BBA/MBA-Finance, CA or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Investment Banking and Overall 4 to 6 years in Financial Associate/Analyst.
- Must have strong financial analysis skills.
- Proven ability to extract insights from financial data and present to leadership in a crisp and neat manner.
- Must be a self-starter. Strong work ethic with a desire to learn and succeed
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills with experience in Client handling.
- Should be well versed with MS Office suite specially Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
