**Job Overview**

The Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Operator position at JJ Industries is an entry-level opportunity ideal for freshers who are eager to develop their skills in CNC operations. This full-time role is based in Indore and offers a chance to work in a leading manufacturing company focusing on precision-driven machine operations.

**Profile: - CNC Operator.**

**Qualification: - Diploma/ITI (Mechanical, Machinist)**

**Experience: - 1-2 years.**

**Location: - Indore.**

**Salary: - 14k-16k (Depends on Interview)**

**Preference: - Male.**

**Qualifications and Skills**
- CNC Programming (Mandatory skill) - Ability to input data and adjust controls necessary for CNC machines to function optimally.
- Machine Operation (Mandatory skill) - Skilled in handling and operating CNC machinery with adherence to safety protocols.
- Tooling Knowledge (Mandatory skill) - Understanding of various tools used in CNC machining, their maintenance, and functionality.
- Blueprint Reading - Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics accurately to ensure precision in operation.
- Precision Measurement - Proficiency in utilizing measuring instruments to ensure tight tolerances and specification adherence.
- Problem Solving - Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Attention to Detail - Meticulous approach to maintaining high-quality standards throughout the machining process.
- Quality Control - Skilled in implementing and overseeing quality assurance protocols in a production environment.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Start and manage CNC machinery operations by setting up machines according to company specification.
- Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure machines are operating at maximum efficiency and within safety standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize CNC machine performance through proper tooling and programming.
- Perform quality checks to ensure parts conform to design specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot machine or tooling issues, working to achieve effective resolutions with mínimal downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of machining operations and report any inconsistencies or anomalies to supervisors.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the workspace to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and learn new practices in CNC processing.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
