Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and create detailed job descriptions.

Technical Hiring Expertise
- Recruit for key IT roles, including software developers, QA engineers, cloud specialists, data analysts, and other technical positions.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques such as Boolean searches, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and LinkedIn Talent Solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and market trends to identify relevant talent.

Process Management
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate records of the recruitment process.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports, including key metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and industry events to promote employer branding.

RequirementsEducational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A technical background or certifications in IT recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus.

Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the IT services industry.
- Proven experience hiring for a wide range of technical roles and skill levels.

Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of technical job requirements, including programming languages, frameworks, and IT tools.
- Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, AngelList).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
