**Duty Statements**
- Planning of CNC & Manual Machines with Required Manpower
- Plan to achieve the defined Output from CNC & Manual Machines.
- Plan & close the Project as per defined timelines.
- Coordinate with Plant Engineering for Machine Breakdowns.
- Analyze all root causes for all fabrication issues and resolve same and implement all new process tools according to required order.
- Coordinate with technicians and provide support to all teams and maintain quality of all work processes in systems.
- Manage all communication with technician and ensure efficiency of all fabrication process and
- Maintain quality for all fabrication from conceptualization to implementation and perform inspection.
- Identify & Eliminate Unsafe conditions & acts in Fabrication Shop
- Coordinate with Technician for issues faced during production Process.
- Coordinate with Raw yard Material team for delivery on CNC Machines.
- Plan for Improvement Project impacting Productivity/Quality/Safety/Morale/Delivery.
- Implement Inspection Record Sheet adherence in Shop.
- Maintain Housekeeping & 5S on each workstation.
- Coordinate for Inspection with Quality Team
