Cosko Mobile Care is looking for a skilled Mobile Technician to join our team in Pune. As a Mobile Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site mobile phone repair services, focusing on brands like Apple, Samsung, OnePlus, Oppo, Google Pixel, and more. We're looking for individuals who can perform repairs efficiently within 30-45 minutes at the customer's location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and repair mobile devices, including but not limited to screen replacements, battery replacements, software troubleshooting, and hardware repairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service while performing on-site repairs.
- Maintain an organized and efficient work process to meet the 30-45 minute repair time frame.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest mobile device technology and repair techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in mobile phone repair, with expertise in brands like Apple, Samsung, OnePlus, Oppo, Google Pixel, etc.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Good communication skills.
- Owns a 2-wheeler vehicle and holds a valid driving license.
- Own tools and equipment for mobile repair.

**Salary**:
Salary for this position can go up to ₹25,000 per month.

**Location**:
This position is based in Pune and requires the technician to travel to customers' locations for on-site repairs.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
