Tele Calling Executive

**Job Summary**:We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Multilingual Telecaller who is proficient in Marathi, English, and Hindi. As a Multilingual Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering inquiries, and providing information about our products or services. Fluency in all three languages is essential for effective communication and relationship-building with our diverse customer base.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Communication**:Make outbound calls to prospective customers in a professional and persuasive manner, communicating in Marathi, English, and Hindi as required.
Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries or concerns with patience and clarity in the respective languages.
**Product/Service Information**:Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products or services to potential customers, addressing their queries effectively.
**Lead Generation and Follow-up**:Generate leads through calls and record relevant information for further follow-up by the sales team.
Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert them into potential customers.
**Appointment Scheduling**:Assist in scheduling appointments for sales representatives based on customer availability and preferences.
**Customer Relationship Management**:Maintain customer databases and update records with relevant information from calls and interactions.
**Target Achievement**:Meet individual and team targets related to call volume, lead generation, and customer conversions.
**Feedback and Reporting**:Provide feedback on call quality, customer interactions, and common inquiries to improve overall performance.
Prepare regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and conversions.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Fluency in Marathi, English, and Hindi is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
