A Sports In-charge is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the college's sports program, including organizing events, coordinating teams, and promoting a healthy lifestyle among students. They also ensure proper facilities and equipment are available, and that students are aware of the various sports and recreational activities offered. Key Responsibilities of a Sports In-charge:

- **Organizing and Managing Sports Activities**:This includes planning, organizing, and supervising intra-mural and inter-college sports events and tournaments for students and staff.
- **Team Coordination and Selection**:Assisting in the selection process of college teams and ensuring efficient coordination for participation in various competitions.
- **Promoting Sports and Fitness**:Motivating students to participate in sports and recreational activities and informing them about the benefits of an active lifestyle.
- **Facility and Equipment Management**:Ensuring the availability of proper sports facilities and equipment for all students and maintaining records of the same.
- **Promoting a Healthy Lifestyle**:Enlightening students and staff about the latest trends in health, fitness, and sports, and encouraging participation in sports activities.
- **Discipline and Guidance**:Addressing disciplinary issues related to sports activities and guiding students on healthy lifestyle practices.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:Maintaining records of sports events, coaching camps, and other related activities, and preparing reports as required.
