**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring supply chain operations across multiple locations.
- Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in forecasting requirements.
- Conduct on-site visits across India to oversee logistics, distribution, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the preparation of reports, MIS, and documentation related to supply chain performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within India.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic ERP knowledge.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
