- Strong knowledge in variety of Antivirus/EDR solution such as Trend Micro, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint or Crwod Strike.
- Strong Knowledge in creating and managing Application control and Firewall policy for endpoints.
- Knowledge on vulnerability management and Risk Analysis.
- Experience in dealing with cyber incidents.
- Proven experience in security operation and monitoring.
- Working knowledge about SCCM and Endpoint Patch management.
- Basic knowledge about SIEM architecture.
- Ability to understand technical topics, dealing with technical teams and explain and present them to management level executives.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Relevant certifications.

**Job Description:

- **
- Being the point of contact to drive all Antivirus and EDR solution managed by end user compliance team.
- Managing Antivirus for all endpoints in the organization.
- Creating and managing policy for different module of EDR solution.
- Create incident reports.
- Proactively monitoring the endpoints to avoid cyber incident and overall improvement of compliance for endpoints
- Keep incidents status up to date through regular updates.
- Oversee all aspects of incident management process for endpoints from evaluation to resolution.
- Maintain daily communication with IT Security team.
- Prepare weekly and monthly incident status report.
