**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Maintenance & Repairs**:

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- **Installation & Setup**:

- Install and align new machinery and equipment as per specifications.
- Assemble and dismantle equipment for maintenance and repair purposes.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and replacements.
- Report any significant issues or potential improvements to the Maintenance Manager.
- **Collaboration & Support**:

- Work closely with other maintenance staff and departments to support overall operational efficiency.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior fitters or apprentices as required.
