**Production**: Experience in handling process equipment (Reactor, Centrifuge, Milling equipment, Heat exchangers, distillation column etc.)
- **Production planning**: Determining how to allocate resources and schedule tasks to meet production goals
- **Staff management**: Recruiting, selecting, training, and orienting employees
- **Production operations**: Ensuring production processes are efficient and safe, and that quality standards are met
- **Troubleshooting**: Acting as the first line of support for resolving problems
- **Reporting**: Reporting the results of the processing flow on shift production summaries
- Good communication skills
- Confident decision making
- Ability to act quickly
- Effective planning
- An eye for detail
- Ability to take ownership

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
