Key Responsibilities:

- **Supervision and Coordination**:

- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to schedules.
- Assign tasks to production staff, monitor their performance, and provide guidance and training.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., engineering, logistics) to optimize production processes.
- **Production Monitoring and Improvement**:

- Monitor production processes to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and implement quality control measures.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address potential hazards.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
- **Reporting and Communication**:

- Prepare and submit production reports to management.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Pay: ₹9,904.18 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)
