Digital Marketing Specialist

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Create engaging and shareable content for social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between digital marketing efforts and overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successful digital campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Proficient in using marketing automation platforms, social media management tools, and analytics software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and content aesthetics.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
