We are looking for a hard-working, competent, and organized individual from Biotech Background to join our team as a Product Support Associate in Delhi. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships and discovering new leads, keeping a record of stock/inventory, suggesting improvements to processes, and assisting the team.

Job description
- Should have a good theoretical knowledge of basic Science and biotechnology
- Preparation of quotations in software/excel.
- Processes quotations based on deadlines given by potential customers/management.
- Update/Review quotation pricing based on value, product categories, and margins set by management.
- Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and expand sales potential.
- Obtain and maintain current pricing structures, the products datasheet, and product listing updates.
- Work closely with all departments to ensure accurate pricing is shared.
- Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor and/or Management.
- To maintain a database of received/submitted quotations for regular follow-up and necessary records.
- Make Purchase orders
- Prepare documents for Tender and Annual Rate Contracts
- Prepare all the documents related to customs clearance as advised by the management
- Keep a record of stock/inventory
- Conducting Scientific Marketing activities, Workshops, Technical meets, and other customer engagement activities.
- Pre-sales and post-sales support for the sales team in terms of technical information, competitive information, and technical discussions with the prospects
- Providing training & technical support to the clients.
- Good knowledge of MS-office especially MS-Excel

Education and Skills
- Master’s degree in Biotechnology.
- Experience preferred.
- Experience with MS Office.
- Basic Mathematics skills required.
- Having the ability to work under deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize assigned workload.
- Ability to manage time effectively, to prioritize and complete tasks required
- Good communication skills, telephone manners, and tone

Employment Type: Full-time (09:00 Am to 5:00 PM)

Pay: ₹335,000.00 - ₹402,000.00 per year
