**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Loan Acquisition**:

- Identify potential loan clients through direct outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in loan services.
- Initiate contact with prospective customers to understand their borrowing needs and present appropriate loan solutions.
- **Sales and Promotion**:

- Promote various loan products such as personal loans, auto loans, home loans, business loans, etc., to potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly loan sales targets as set by the management.
- Explain loan features, terms, and benefits clearly and confidently to prospective clients.
- **Client Assessment and Loan Application Processing**:

- Assess clients’ financial needs and evaluate their creditworthiness and eligibility for loan products.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with loan customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide exceptional service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and assisting with post-approval support.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to identify cross-selling opportunities for additional banking products.
- **Market Analysis and Strategy Development**:

- Stay informed about current market trends, competitor loan products, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement loan sales strategies.
- Participate in marketing events, campaigns, and networking events to build the bank’s visibility and attract potential loan customers.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Adhere to all bank policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) guidelines.
- Ensure that all loan files and client records are accurate, complete, and stored securely in line with regulatory and bank guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in loans or financial products within the banking industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of loan products and credit policies.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting sales targets and driving results.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications in finance or loan processing are a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
