Scrum Master

**Job Description Summary**: We seek an experienced Agile Scrum master to join our dynamic team at GE Healthcare. As a scrum master, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes for PCS Connectivity Platform teams, ensuring the team can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high quality product/platform.

You will work closely with the Product owners/Product Managers/Architects/ Technical Leads/ Developers / Testers to ensure that the work progresses on schedule, within budget and to the desisted level of quality. Additionally, you will serve as coach to the team members - helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

In this role, you will:

- Collaborate with business and functional partners and technology leadership in specifying requirements
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
- Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress.
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
- Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
- Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
- Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
- Work with technical team often comprising of members of separate organizations to coordinate day-to-day execution as per outlined plan
- Cooperate with and manage external vendors as required
- Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project
- Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting

**Education Qualification**
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM with advanced experience.
- Overall industry experience of 10 years or more.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development projects/products as developer or tester
- Minimum 2 years experience in project/program/scrum execution roles
- Having the expertise on MedTech, Healthcare domain is a big plus

- Change oriented - actively generates process improvements, champions and drives change initiatives, confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways, balances multiple and competing priorities and executes accordingly
- PMP, Scrum Master or related Project Management certifications
