Key Responsibilities:
**Training and Development**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on design thinking, UX best practices, and the use of our codeless platform, Everyware.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and hands-on training sessions to upskill our teams.
- Create training materials, guides, and resources to support learning objectives.

**Consulting and Mentoring**:

- Provide expert advice and guidance on design thinking and UX processes for ongoing projects.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of innovation and user-centric design.
- Evaluate current design processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Project Support**:

- Assist in user research, persona development, journey mapping, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Ensure alignment of design solutions with user needs and business goals.

**Everyware Platform Delivery**:

- Ensure the effective use of the Everyware platform for project delivery.
- Train and support team members in utilizing the Everyware platform to create and deliver solutions.
- Monitor and ensure the quality and efficiency of the delivery process using Everyware.

**Evaluation and Feedback**:

- Assess the impact of training programs and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of design thinking initiatives within the organization.
- Ensure that the delivery process aligns with the company's standards and expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design and/or design thinking, with at least 2 years in a training or consulting role. Experience with codeless platforms is highly desirable.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in UX design and design thinking are desirable.

**Skills**:

- Deep understanding of design thinking principles and UX methodologies.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma) and prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Axure).
- Experience with codeless platforms (e.g., Everyware) and ability to train others on their use.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
