**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Company Registrations & Compliance**: Assist in the registration of companies and ensure all processes comply with MCA & ROC guidelines. Handle GST and income tax filings, documentation, and compliance checks.
- **Financial Analysis & Forecasting**: Create financial projections for clients, on basis of past performance, trend and industry outlook.
- **Advisory Services**: Provide expert advice on financial matters, helping to optimize financial performance and compliance for our clients.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and government bodies to facilitate compliance and reporting.

**Requirements**:

- At least two years of relevant experience in accounting, auditing, and financial compliance.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, and Indian GAAP.
- Proficient in handling MCA & ROC compliances and company registration processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ethical judgment and professionalism.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
