1 Physical verification of Fixed Assets and Inventories at various sites (Around 15 days in a month)

2 The entire fixed assets profile which includes

Fixed Assets code creation

Fixed Assets accounting

Depreciation working

Other fixed assets related work

3 Inventory, Purchase, and Consumption reconciliations (Monthly and yearly)

4 Various expense reconciliations such as Rent Expense, Monthly fixed expense, etc.

5 Vendor code creations

6 Monthly Balance Sheet & other supporting work

7 Preparation of financial statements as per Ind AS

8 Preparation of data for Statutory audit, Internal Audit, IFSC Audit, etc.

9 Vendor reconciliations and ledger scrutiny

10 Other tasks as and when assigned by the reporting manager
