**Job Description for Market Representative**

**Location : Delhi NCR**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Promotion**:

- Promote gardening and landscaping products/services to customers and businesses.
- Conduct field visits to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.

**Customer Engagement**:

- Assist customers with plant selection, care instructions, and landscaping solutions.
- Address customer queries and provide after-sales support.

**Market Analysis**:

- Gather market intelligence to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive strategies.
- Provide feedback and insights to the team for continuous improvement.

**Reporting**:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Update management on client interactions and market progress.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
**Educational Background**:

- B.Sc. in Agriculture or a related field.

**Knowledge**:

- Basic understanding of gardening plants, landscaping, and their maintenance.
- Awareness of plant care, fertilizers, and irrigation methods is an added advantage.

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in marketing is preferable but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with agricultural or horticultural products is a plus.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical information to non-technical clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
