**Role Summary:
To craft an intuitive, world-class user experience for the business community, we are seeking an exceptional product designer. In this role, you will assume responsibility for the design process, problem-solving abilities, visual comprehension, and your thought process in approaching problems.

**Key Responsibilities:
- Make appropriate design decisions based on data and user behavior by conducting user research
- Understand the user's personas and needs
- Based on feedback, adjust the approach to designs
- Improve the lives of businessmen by creating new directions for Vyapar
- Providing mentorship and inspiration to a team of designers
- Resolve blockers, prioritize, and decompose complex projects to improve team performance

**Desired Skills and Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of Figma
- Expert in designing systems
- Understanding of what works and what clutters
- A deep focus on simplifying usability and empathizing with the end-user

**Experience:
- 1 to 4 years of experience in Product Design role.

**Education:
- Graduation or equivalent degree.
