*Role Description*

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect at ILDS located in Pune. As an Architect, you will be responsible for developing design drawings, 3Ds and presentations, and, overseeing the design / project management of architectural / interior design / landscape design projects.

You will collaborate with the founders directly / other architects / contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects. Your role will involve developing architectural plans, conducting feasibility studies, and overseeing construction processes / coordination with the site team / to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

The job role might involve site visits

*Qualifications*
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and local building codes
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience with sustainable and eco-friendly design principles is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
