eGrove Systems seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic person to join our dynamic team for Business Support Associate to support C2L & OIT in the USA market.

**Role**: Business Support Associate - C2L & OIT (Night Shift)

**Work Location**: Chennai & Madurai

**Timing**: 6.30 pm to 3.30 pm (IST)

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our platform's features, content offerings, and tools to address client inquiries effectively

**Required Skills**:

- 2 - 5 years relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our platform's features
- Stay updated on industry trends and educational best practices to provide relevant guidance
- Must have excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, logical and analytical
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

**Benefits**:
Cab (Pickup & Drop) within City Limits and Food will be provided

**Salary**: From ₹18,193.47 per month
