Role Summary

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare I&C details and concept design drawings for various building and construction types to be built predominantly in Canada
- Responsible for Revit and CAD standards, implementation, and enforcement
- Design Schedules (I/O list, cable list, instrument lists, etc)
- Process control narratives (Work with process engineer to develop PCN from process narrative and P&ID, adhere to client standards and or templates)
- Commissioning documents (Commissioning plan, checklists, specifications etc), Shop drawing reviews
- Prepare contract drawings and specifications for tendering purposes.
- Control panel design (Power distribution, wiring schematics, loop drawings, bill of materials, specifications)
- Network design (Network architecture, specifications, bill of materials)
- Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Excellent working knowledge on Revit, BIM360 & ACC environment.
- Ability to work independently to deliver comprehensive designs and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D drawings and models to assist with investigations of engineering problems.
- Agree priorities and deadlines for drawing production with iCRC-coordinator
- Automate routines to support standards and productivity
- Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all drawings produced
- Assist in developing and enforcing BIM documentation and workflow process standards
- Input to the co-ordination of engineering services on projects
- Complete design sketches for information in tender documents for small / routine work
- Produce work to specified WSP in Canada BIM standards and suggest revisions to standards as appropriate
- Provide advice and coaching to technicians on intermediate Revit functions when requested
- Follow QA, document control, archiving guidelines on all work
- Work with project team members on specified aspects of the project

Key Competencies / Skills / Qualifications
- 5 to 8 Years of hands-on Experience in Revit
- Working experience in US/Canadian BIM/CAD Projects
- Strong Focus on I&C Design such as, Process Control, PLC, OIT & HMI, SCADA Network, etc.,
- Team management skills
- Good in English communication
- Experience on a number of projects across different sectors
- Willing to learn

Desired Skills
- Experience in Co-ordination & Leading teams.
- Experience in Script and Lisp.
- Knowledge of Revit Electrical.

**Qualifications**:
B.E,B.Tech,Diploma in relevant engineering stream
