**Job description**

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Your responsibilities would include:

- Developing Sales Strategies
- Managing HNI leads, many of whom are NRIs
- Tracking tenant leads
- Setting aggressive targets and tracking all metrics
- Lead generation through innovative methods.
- Managing referrals from existing customers.
- Working with the team to maximize closures.

**Qualifications and Skills**

Any graduate or postgraduate who wishes to make a mark in the world, and is looking for an opportunity with stability and growth, and is willing to work hard to make that happen

- At least 1 year of Customer service or Sales Experience, preferable product sales
- Track record of high-performance.
- Intelligent, Pleasant personality, confident, and very well-spoken individual.
- Excellent written and spoken communication.
- Very well organized
- A dedicated and hardworking individual with a passion and commitment to succeed, and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
