**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, edit, and publish engaging **reels** and short-form videos for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Design **creatives, banners, and social media posts** aligned with brand guidelines
- Manage and lead a small creative team, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery of tasks
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop monthly social media calendars
- Monitor trends, platform updates, and viral content ideas to keep content fresh and engaging
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs and posts
- Track performance of content and suggest improvements

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in social media content creation and design
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
- Video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms and trends
- Ability to manage a small team and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
