**OBJECTIVE**:
The job holder is responsible to understand the government rules and regulations pertaining to AgChem industry PAN India and ensure all certifications, licenses and permissions are obtained to stock and sale products from depots/stores etc.

**MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Keep a master list of document requirement by state and update it as an when any change happens in act or notification.
- Tracking of all UPL and UPL group company warehouse license renewal/new license/product endorsement status all the time.
- Act as single SPOC for entire India region sales/marketing team for required documentation purpose.
- Supporting Sales team for co-marketing licensing products for submission of documents.
- Keeping a track of physical courier of documents to each zone and maintain document warehousing in HO or nominated place by company.
- Tracking and reporting status of inclusion of PCs/O form in our customer’s license. This would extend to the last customer in entire value chain
- Training people in commercial and sales team on ground in accessing documents from share folder - one drive and conducting regular sessions to explain the importance of compliance
