Job Title: Social Media Intern

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Content Creation**:

- Develop and create engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging and promotional campaigns.
- Generate ideas for visual and written content to enhance brand presence.

2. **Community Management**:

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms.
- Foster positive interactions with the online community and address customer inquiries.
- Identify and engage with influencers, partners, and brand advocates.

3. **Social Media Calendar**:

- Assist in maintaining a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
- Schedule and publish content across various platforms using social media management tools.

4. **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on social media metrics and insights.
- Make recommendations for optimizing content and strategies based on performance data.

5. **Research and Trends**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and platform algorithm changes.
- Research competitor activity and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for improvement.

6. **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts into broader marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and other team members to create multimedia content.

**Qualifications**:

- Current enrollment in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and their features.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Duration and Compensation**:

- This is a 6-month internship position.
- Compensation may include a stipend or academic credit, depending on the organization's policies.

Pay: ₹8,131.63 - ₹20,728.56 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
