**Job Summary**:
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. You will greet visitors, answer incoming calls, handle inquiries, and perform various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage visitor sign-in and security procedures.
- Provide information and assistance to visitors and employees.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill administrative requests.
- Assist with special projects and events as needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
